Founder & CEO
Hi, I’m James – Founder & CEO of JR Creative Group. I lead a collective of creative studios that bring big, bold ideas to life – from immersive worlds you can step right into, to live productions that make people laugh, cheer, and remember them for years to come.
With a background in performance and theatrical storytelling, I’ve spent my career crafting experiences that blur the line between reality and imagination. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with global brands, cruise lines, attractions, and destinations, always with one goal in mind: to make people feel something unforgettable – and deliver real results while doing it.
When I’m not deep in a concept deck, on a site visit in steel-toe boots, or surrounded by sequins in the costume department, you’ll probably find me chasing inspiration – whether that’s through theatre, travel, or an exceptional espresso martini.

Zoe Brown
Business Development Manager
Hi, I’m Zoe - Business Development Manager at JR Creative Group. When I’m not chasing around my adorable daughter (ask me for pictures - seriously!), I’m driving the day-to-day sales and marketing efforts that keep our team thriving. I’m passionate about connecting with clients, building relationships, and making sure our digital presence reflects the bold creativity we’re known for.
When I can snag a babysitter, you’ll find me at live music gigs or drag shows, hunting for hidden gems in charity shops (who doesn’t love a bargain?), or exploring new cuisines wherever I can.

Senior Creative Producer
Hi, I’m Elena - Senior Creative Producer at JR Creative Group. I bring big, bold ideas to life, crafting unforgettable events, immersive workshops, and experiences that spark conversation and connection. I thrive on the weird, the wonderful, and the wildly out-of-the-box - especially when it ties back to my first love: theatre.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me with my dog Teddy, belting out solos in choir rehearsals, diving into immersive brunches, or hunting down hidden gems on Vinted. Whether it’s a high-energy pop-up or a beautifully crafted moment, I’m all about creativity that makes people feel something.
Natalie Dawson
Creative Director
Hi, I’m Nat - Creative Director at JR Creative Group. I spend my days dreaming up live experiences that make people gasp, giggle, and stay glued to the moment. Whether it’s theatrical surprises, bold event concepts, or immersive storytelling, I’m all about crafting imaginative worlds that stick with you long after the curtain falls.
With years of experience in live entertainment, I blend big creative ideas with commercial smarts. I’ve collaborated with resorts, theme parks, cruise lines, and global brands, always aiming to captivate audiences and deliver real results.
When I’m not covered in gaffer tape or buried in costumes, I’m out chasing inspiration - whether that’s through theatre, cabaret, immersive events or just a very good brunch.

Alma Longo
Casting & Creative Co-Ordinator
Hi, I’m Alma - Creative Co-Ordinator here at JR Creative Group. My role’s a bit of everything: building pitch decks, shooting snappy content, assisting at events, scouting talent, and dreaming up fresh concepts and ideas - all while probably running on warm matcha and vibes.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me at a drag show, catching a film at a cinema, or reading a book while walking (yes, it’s a skill). When I’m not doing that, I’m creating fine line pointillism drawings - because nothing says "relaxation" like making thousands of tiny dots one by one.
Whether it’s in the studio or on my sketchbook, I’m all about turning creative sparks into something that connects, inspires, and tells a story, which is exactly what I bring to every project at JRCG.
