Chancery House Launch
When long-standing client The Office Group set out to launch their newest co-working destination, Chancery House, they turned to Wonderosity to deliver a high-impact experiential event that would not only showcase the building’s design credentials but leave a lasting impression on VIP guests, brokers, investors, and members.
TOG wanted something far beyond the typical property launch. The brief was to create an evening that felt sophisticated, surprising, and immersive — a living, breathing expression of what makes TOG spaces so unique. Wonderosity collaborated closely with the in-house TOG Live Events team to produce a design-led, sensory-rich experience that reflected the premium aesthetic of the building while celebrating creativity and connection.
From conceptual design to full live production, Wonderosity curated an evening of immersive activations, luxury touchpoints, and artistic interventions that brought the space to life. Key features of the event included:
Aerial performers cascading from the building’s striking architecture, turning the impressive atrium into a vertical stage and spotlighting the venue’s design-led features in breathtaking fashion
A roaming opera singer who delivered show-stopping vocal sets to welcome guests with grandeur and unexpected theatricality
A suite of immersive experience stations designed to ignite all five senses and encourage exploration of the space
Signature activations included:
The Edible Fragrance Factory – a multi-sensory, interactive station where guests could blend and taste bespoke edible perfumes inspired by botanical scent profiles
A champagne tasting experience that added a touch of luxury and guided guests through flavour notes and pairings
A live DJ set that transitioned the elegant launch into a high-energy afterparty, keeping the atmosphere electric into the early hours
Wonderosity handled every aspect of the entertainment and immersive strategy. Every detail was designed to elevate the building’s identity, while offering guests moments of discovery, connection, and delight.
The result was a seamless and sophisticated brand experience that positioned Chancery House not just as a workspace — but as a lifestyle destination.
