Inspiring Inclusion Fireside Talk

For International Women’s Day, Wonderosity partnered with leading co-working brand Fora to curate and produce a thought-provoking live event that placed storytelling, authenticity, and impact at its heart.

Centred around the official IWD theme of Inspiring Inclusion, the event took shape as an intimate campfire-style panel discussion, hosted in one of Fora’s beautifully designed communal spaces. The conversation featured two of the UK’s most inspiring cultural voices — broadcaster and diversity trailblazer June Sarpong OBE, and TV host and Big Brother presenter AJ Odudu — who engaged in a raw, honest, and empowering exchange about their personal journeys, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the work still needed to create truly inclusive industries and communities.

Wonderosity provided full creative production, including speaker curation, spatial design, technical delivery, and on-site event management. Our team styled the space to encourage connection and reflection, blending experiential design with a welcoming, informal atmosphere that invited attendees to truly lean in and listen.

The event sparked meaningful audience engagement, with attendees encouraged to share their reflections in real-time, join the Q&A, and continue the conversation post-event through branded takeaways and follow-up content. The result was a ripple effect far beyond the room — motivating participants to become active changemakers in their personal and professional lives.
