Fora Summer Socials

Wonderosity was proud to collaborate once again with leading workspace provider Fora to deliver an unforgettable series of Summer Social events, designed to celebrate and connect their diverse community of members across London.

Spanning five bespoke events across eight of Fora’s vibrant neighbourhoods, the series was a masterclass in multi-site event delivery, experiential design, and tailored guest experiences. Working closely with the Fora events team, Wonderosity provided end-to-end creative production, talent booking, and premium infrastructure support, creating elevated moments that reflected the individuality of each location.

Each Summer Social took place within Fora’s distinctive, design-led buildings, with Wonderosity installing architectural-grade clear span marquees to extend the venues and provide stylish, weather-proof outdoor spaces. These visually stunning structures not only enhanced the ambiance but allowed guests to enjoy al fresco vibes no matter the forecast.

Our curated entertainment programme was a true highlight of the series — from live illustration activations that captured guests in bold, colourful portraits, to exclusive DJ sets by household names including Nick Grimshaw, Trevor Nelson, and Reggie Yates. Every event was tailored to its specific audience and neighbourhood identity, ensuring that each Fora community felt uniquely celebrated.

With bespoke themes, curated food & beverage offerings, and immersive activations, the Summer Social series achieved high levels of member engagement, boosted brand loyalty, and reinforced Fora’s position as a forward-thinking, people-first brand in the flexible work and lifestyle sector.
